On November 13, 2013 Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter and First Lady Lori Otter will carry on the tradition of recognizing Idaho's outstanding volunteers at the
Egyptian Theater in Boise, Idaho. During this ceremony we will honor outstanding individuals, students, schools, seniors, organizations, small businesses and corporations for their extraordinary efforts to improve the lives of Idahoans through volunteerism.
